Request for Proposal: Mental Health Services Act Veterans Mentorship Program RFP

Notice is hereby given that Ventura County Behavioral Health has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on September 18, 2025 for qualified applicants to solicit proposals to assist Ventura County veterans and emergency first responders who are transitioning from active service to civilian life with their mental health needs. Peer mentors will be trained to provide support, referrals, and resources.

RFP responses are due by Friday, October 17, 2025, no later than 5:00 p.m. Completed proposals should be submitted through the Bonfire system.
