Transitional Age Youth (TAY)
Full Service Partnership (FSP)
This program serves transitional age youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who are diagnosed with a serious mental illness, who may have a substance use disorder and who are at risk of homelessness, incarceration or hospitalization. This program provides supportive and social rehabilitation services to promote independent living and successful community integration throughout the county.
The program supports young adults in moving toward personal recovery by providing stabilization and skill development to live an independent and successful life within the community. Services include group therapy, individual therapy, medication management and rehabilitation services.

Ventura County Power Over Psycosis (VCPOP)
Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC)

Ventura County Power Over Psychosis is Ventura County Behavioral Health’s specialized early psychosis program serving youth and young adults ages 12–25 throughout Ventura County.
Treatment is individualized and may continue for up to four years. Services focus on helping young people manage symptoms, build coping skills, reduce stress, strengthen family support, and return to school, work, and everyday activities.
