Patient Advocacy

Our Hospital Patient Advocates at Ventura County Medical Center (VCMC) and Santa Paula Hospital are here to assist patients, family members, and friends with any non-medical questions or concerns related to a hospital stay. For clinic-related concerns, the Ambulatory Care Quality Team is available to support patients, families, and friends.

At the Ventura County Health Care Agency, we work as a team to ensure that every visit meets your expectations and is as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
