I am deeply honored to step into the role of Chief Executive Officer for Ventura County Medical Center (VCMC) and Santa Paula Hospital (SPH). Having served as Chief Nurse Executive, I have had the privilege of working alongside our extraordinary nursing and healthcare teams, witnessing daily their dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

My journey in healthcare began as an ICU nurse at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, followed by leadership roles at Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital. Throughout my career, one principle has remained constant: patients are at the center of everything we do. As CEO, I am committed to ensuring that this principle continues to guide every aspect of our hospitals, from safety and high-quality care to personalized experiences that honor each patient’s unique needs.
