children through increased health education, community outreach, and advocacy for timely lead screenings for children in our community.<\/p><p>The Ventura County Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP) offers outreach and education about lead poisoning. It also provides nurse case management for children with lead poisoning. Lead poisoning can be harmful and negatively affect a child\u2019s development.<\/p><p>We also offer community group presentations on childhood lead poisoning prevention.
