The Health Care for All (HCFA) program helps individuals and families to access health care coverage. Our trained Certified Application Assistors help individuals identify a health insurance program, determine eligibility and provide application assistance for the following programs:

• MCAP (Medi-Cal Access Program)

• Self-Pay Discount Program (Ventura County Residents only)

• Kaiser Permanente Community Health Care Program (CHCP)
