Defensores de Pacientes Hospitalarios en el Centro M\u00e9dico del Condado de Ventura (VCMC) y el Hospital Santa Paula est\u00e1n disponibles para ayudar a pacientes, familiares y amigos con cualquier pregunta o inquietud no m\u00e9dica relacionada con su hospitalizaci\u00f3n. Para inquietudes cl\u00ednicas, el Equipo de Calidad de Atenci\u00f3n Ambulatoria est\u00e1 disponible para apoyar a pacientes, familiares y amigos.<\/p><p>En la Agencia de Atenci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica del Condado de Ventura, trabajamos en equipo para garantizar que cada visita cumpla con sus expectativas y sea lo m\u00e1s placentera y c\u00f3moda posible.<\/p><p><strong>Quejas y reclamos<\/strong><\/p><p>La Oficina de Defensa del Paciente del Hospital est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed para escuchar sus inquietudes.
