Ventura County Medical Center has stations greeters at the main entrance information desk, from 5:00am until 9:00pm Monday through Friday and on the weekends from 8:00am until 9:00pm. The greeters are there to assist patients and visitors with anything they might need as well as provide directions. The main entrance information desk is telephone number 805-652-3200.

VCMC SHUTTLE SERVICE – (Complimentary Service)

Ventura County Medical Center has a complimentary Shuttle Service available to all patients, visitors and staff from 6:30am until 9:00pm Monday through Friday. They provide door-to-door service and can be reached at 805-218-0238 or 805-218-3992. They travel to key points of the campus routinely for easy access.
