Through the ongoing Community Planning Process (CPP), Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH) engages stakeholders and collaborates with agencies as well as participates in statewide listening sessions from the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to inform BHSA Integrated Plan assessment and development. What’s Included in the Integrated Plan

The proposed plan focuses on several key areas:

	Housing: Introduces and expands housing supports through time-limited and permanent placements.
	Full-Service Partnership (FSP) Programs and Supports: Includes evidence-based interventions such as Assertive Field-Based SUD, Assertive Community Treatment, Intensive Case Management, Individual Placement and Support, and High-Fidelity Wraparound programs.
	Behavioral Health Services and Supports: Focuses on specialty services and early intervention programming including crisis stabilization, peer-driven recovery support, outreach to ensure timely access to services, and early intervention support for youth, adults, older adults, veterans, and underserved communities.
