data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ventura County Ambulatory Care, a Department of the Ventura County Health Care Agency, provides comprehensive, compassionate, and coordinated primary, specialty, and urgent care for the residents of Ventura County.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>We are a network of 35 clinics conveniently located throughout the county. Eighteen of our clinics are <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhcs.ca.gov\/services\/medi-cal\/Pages\/FQHC_RHC.aspx\">Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC)<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0 Our clinics proudly serve as our community\u2019s public safety net system as well as provide care to those who are privately insured.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>From preventative care such as vaccinations, lab work, and routine wellness exams, to specialized treatment for managing chronic conditions, we offer a medical home for you and your family. Our providers are a part of our community and prioritize personalized care.\u00a0<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrsa.gov\/\"><strong>Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)<\/strong><\/a> provides Quality Improvement Awards (QIA) to recognize the highest performing health centers nationwide as well as those health centers that have made significant quality improvement gains from the previous year. HRSA has continuously ranked our FQHC\u2019s among the top 20 percent in the country. Additionally, many of our physicians are graduates of our nationally recognized <a href=\"https:\/\/www.venturafamilymed.org\/\"><strong>Family Medicine Residency Program<\/strong><\/a> that attracts top talent from diverse backgrounds across the country.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>We look forward to caring for you and your loved ones.<\/p><p><strong>About Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC)<br \/><\/strong><br \/>The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Health Center Program, authorized by Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act (42 USC 254b), provides federal grant funding to community-based healthcare organizations designated as community health centers (CHCs) to improve the health of underserved and vulnerable populations.<\/p><p>CHC FQHCs play vital role as the healthcare \u201csafety net\u201d for underserved communities in Ventura County by providing high-quality, culturally competent, comprehensive primary and preventative healthcare services, promoting community health and well-being, and facilitating equitable access to care.<\/p><p>Eighteen (18) Ventura County Health Care Agency (VCHCA) primary care clinics operate under the CHC as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
